Newcastle families, save the date for the upcoming Culture & Heritage Festival, to be held on March 16th from 6-8 pm in The Commons.

WE ALL FIT TOGETHER AT NEWCASTLE ELEMENTARY!

We invite your family to participate in the following ways:

  • Decorate a “puzzle piece” that will be displayed at the school. Ideas include family and cultural traditions, flags, photos.

At the Event:

  • Set up a visual display that showcases your family’s ethnicity and cultural traditions.
  • Bring a traditional food to share.
  • Host an art/craft or interactive demonstration (examples: craft project, Henna tattoos, cultural masks).
  • Be part of the entertainment (examples: cultural performance groups, model traditional clothing).
