The deadline to submit Check Requests for reimbursements is THURSDAY, JUNE 15th. You can find the {CHECK REQUEST FORM HERE}. Also, if you have a reimbursement check that needs to be cashed, please do so by the JUNE 15th deadline. If you have any issues with previously issued checks, please contact Ali or Debbie.
