This year our fall book fair will take place at the Barnes & Noble store in Bellevue! Barnes & Noble is giving us a generous portion of purchases made online and in the store from December 1st -7th.  In conjunction with B&N, the Bellevue
California Pizza Kitchen will donate a large percentage of purchases made at their location from December 1st – 7th!

You will see some of the Newcastle Staff at both locations on Saturday, December 1st to read books, help kids look for great reading materials and enjoy delicious CPK pizzas, pastas and salads!  We hope you can join us that day!

Remember the FUNdraisers last all week, so a field trip to Bellevue before or after conferences might be fun – this is a great way to get started on your holiday shopping!  You simply need to present the flyers that will come home with your child via
KidMail on Thursday, November 29th. (Neither B&N or CPK will donate to our school without presenting the flyers at the time of purchase.) The staff reading times will be on the flyers so that you can be sure to see your child’s teacher!

The special Newcastle code for online purchases will be on the flyer. If you have friends and family who would like to support Newcastle Elementary’s book fair, please feel free to pass along the online code so that their purchases contribute to our final FUNdraising total! (The online customer is prompted just before payment if their purchase is in support of a book fair.
Use the Newcastle code at that point to earn credit for our school.)

While at CPK, your child can sign up for the CPKids Adventure Club program! CPK encourages and supports students reading throughout the year. There are fun prizes available for our Lion Readers!
