Emotion Coaching workshop

Everyone has emotions — especially children. And what children do with their emotions is crucial for optimal child development. So, what can you do when your preschooler or grade-schooler is angry or frustrated? Do your children know how to label and regulate their feelings?

Find out how to be your child’s Emotion Coach at a free Issaquah workshop, “Emotion Coaching,” developed by the Talaris and Gottman institutes.

6-8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2011, at the YWCA Family Village campus in the Issaquah Highlands. FREE. Pre-registration required.

“Strengthening Families” for 5th & 6th graders. They meet with both the parents and students at the same time, the class is free, dinner is provided and it lasts 7 weeks with an orientation on September 28th. See the link below for more information:
