Movie Nights are Returning to Newcastle!
Both movie nights will be on a Friday at 6:30pm in the cafeteria. The first one will be for 3rd to 5th graders on April 21st. The second one will be for TKs to 2nd graders on May 19th. THIS Friday, April 21st, at 6:30pm is our first movie night for grades 3 through 5! Feel free to come dressed in your jammies or comfy clothes and bring your favorite stuffed animal and/or blanket and pillow! We will have mats on the floor for a picnic-style set up and chairs for the grown ups. Bring your own drinks and snacks, but popcorn will be provided! If you are interested in helping with popcorn, set up and/or take down, please contact our VP or Programs, Bisa Meek at bisameek@gmail.com. Movies will be voted on by classrooms this week so stay tuned! PLEASE NOTE: This is a family event and caregivers will need to remain with their students for the duration of the evening. School Supplies for Next Year! 📚✏️🖇️ Newcastle PTSA has once again partnered with School Tool Box to make your school supply shopping easy! Our teachers have submitted their supply list and it’s all ready to go. Simply go to https://schooltoolbox.com, search for Newcastle Elementary, then select your student’s grade for next year. If you order before July 2nd, the boxes will be sent directly to the school and will be ready for the first day. Should you shop after July 2nd, the boxes will be sent directly to your home. Prefer to shop on your own? Check out the supply list on the website and you can see what each grade is asking for. If you need support in purchasing, please contact Michelle Jensen at jensenm@issaquah.wednet.edu or call 425-837-5817. STEM Night!
