Lost and Found
Our Lost & Found is overflowing! Have your student ensure nothing in there belongs to them. Please make sure your student is coming to school with jackets, sweaters, hats, etc that are clearly labeled, with their name and teacher. We do go through them and try to return them to the rightful owner, however, we will be donating all leftover items.
Spirit Week Join us for Spirit Week June 5th - 9th, organized by the Spirit Team at Newcastle! Monday: It's a Jungle Out There. Dress in camouflage, animal prints or safari-wear clothes! Tuesday: The Sky's The Limit. Wear what's in the sky - rainbows, clouds, planes and more! Wednesday: Newcastle Lion Day. Wear your favorite Newcastle Lion apparel, lion shirts, or green and yellow colors! Thursday: Space The Final Frontier. Wear your Star Wars, NASA, planet or space attire! Friday: Under the Sea Walk. Dress like you are going to play in the water - a mermaid, a sea animal, or your favorite water sport activity!
Spring Fling! Join us for an unforgettable Spring Fling! Celebrate the end of the school year with an exciting event that's all about fun and games! Our annual Spring Fling will be during the school day on Friday, June 16th! We cannot wait to make it an unforgettable day for our amazing students. Activities will be voted on by the students (great job earning their overall Lion Coin goal!) and we will have a very special guest joining us! Sign ups for volunteers will be available soon, so stay tuned!
 Summer Lunch Program
Registration for the Issaquah Food Bank Summer Lunch Program is now open. Summer Lunch provides healthy, kid-friendly produce, dairy, protein, & snack options for families with children in the Issaquah School District. TK-2nd grade Movie Night was a fabulous time! Families watched Puss in Boots: The Last Wish! Jammies, blankets, stuffies, popcorn, friends...it does not get much better than that! We truly appreciate our volunteers who helped make this event the success that it was!

Directories are being printed for each PTSA member! This is a great way to stay in touch with friends during the summer. This is the PTSA's gift to you for your support. Directories will be distributed before the last day of school.
