Newcastle Elementary Sponsorship Levels

Your partnership helps our students and community thrive. Each sponsorship level directly supports programs, equipment, and events that enrich our children’s educational experience. All sponsors are recognized throughout the year on our PTSA website and social media channels. Your organization may choose to support one of the sponsorship levels outlined below.

🏆 Lion King — $4,000 - $6000

• Security cameras
• Playground or PE equipment
• Playground sun/rain covers
• Interactive games
• Field grass renewal
• Recognition:
  Business name, logo, and website featured on the PTSA website throughout the year
  Personalized thank-you post and story on social media
  Business name and logo displayed on a metal or fabric plate near the donated equipment

🎨 Lion Art — $2,000 - $4000

• Glass
• Clay
• Kiln replacement
• Art supplies such as: colored pencils, pens, markers, watercolor, and more
• Recognition:
  Business name, logo and website featured on the PTSA website throughout the year
  Personalized thank-you post and story on social media
  Stickers placed behind each art piece that goes home with students

📚 Lion Grants — $1,000 - $2000

• Field trips
• Author visits
• Workshops
• Classroom furniture replacement
• Theater plays and performances
• Books, and more
• Recognition:
  Business name, logo, and website featured on the PTSA website throughout the year
  Personalized thank-you post and story on social media

🎉 Lion Events — $500 - $1000

• Fall Festival
• Winter Decorating Night
• Game Night
• Multicultural Family Night
• Spring Fling
• Recognition:
  Business name, logo, and website featured on the PTSA website throughout the year
  Personalized thank-you post and story on social media
  Verbal acknowledgment during the event
  Option to host a booth with hands-on activities (if applicable)

🦁 Newcastle Lion — $250 - $500

       Supports PTSA general funds such as:

• Art nook supplies
• Teacher appreciation
• Kinder Connect
• Volunteer Appreciation
• Teacher Luncheon
• Teacher Allotment
• Recognition:
  Business name, logo, and website featured on the PTSA website throughout the year
  Personalized thank-you post and story on social media

The Newcastle Elementary PTSA does not sponsor before- or after-school enrichment programs, nor do we sponsor the Lion Club’s before- and after-school care. These are separate organizations.

All sponsorships are tax-deductible. Sponsors will receive an official letter from the Newcastle Elementary PTSA confirming their donation to present to the IRS.
