Can you believe we only have one month and 16 days left in the school year? Time truly flies—it feels like just yesterday we were taking first-day-of-school photos, and now we’re getting ready for the last day.

We would like to extend a heartfelt congratulations to Trisha Snyder, our Newcastle librarian for receiving the Newcastle Chamber of Commerce Educator Award! Her kindness, dedication, and quiet leadership strengthen our entire school community every day. The PTSA couldn’t be more proud.

Congratulations as well to Hillary Argyle and Fiorella Tapiarene, recipients of the Acorn Awards, which recognize outstanding volunteers who consistently go above and beyond. We also want to thank all of our incredible volunteers—your time and commitment make everything we do possible.

Teacher Appreciation Week is May 4 - 8, and we are going full '90s rewind this year! Just like the best of the ’90s, teachers bring the perfect mix of heart, hustle, and a little bit of magic to everything they do. Yo teachers, you're all that! Thanks for being Rad!

Each year, we host a fun end-of-year field day for our students. They get to enjoy carnival-style games, music, bouncy houses, and a special treat to celebrate the end of the school year.
