Vote Yes 3 Times by February 13th!  Our community is being asked to renew 3 levies that are expiring in 2018. Like a subscription, levies must be renewed and replaced or the funding will be lost. Your local school tax rate will not increase. Visit www.visvote.org for more information.

Did you Know? The Issaquah School District is known for sound fiscal management of taxpayer dollars. ISD has had 15 consecutive clean financial and accountability audits and maintains a Moody’s AAA rating, which is the highest credit rating possible!

Does your student need Community Service Hours?  Join Parents, PTA members, and Community members on Wednesday, January 24th to “Honk and Wave” to support passage of the February 2018 Levy! (2) times: 7:00am - 8:30am and 5:00pm - 6:30pm.

FUNDRAISING COMMITTEE

We are putting together a Fund Raising Exploration Committee to assess our Spring fundraising efforts and evaluate the Auction components.  If you’re interested in sharing your ideas, opinions or experience, please contact Elysa Piha and Angela Ursino at newcastleptsa.president@gmail.com.

Angela and Elysa (Co-Presidents) and Vivian and Gina (Co-VPs, Ways and Means) will be leading this committee and building a plan for our Spring fundraiser and our longer term fundraising strategy.  We expect the commitment for this work will be a meeting once a month with potentially sub-committee meetings or work outside of the full committee meeting.
