Culture & Heritage Festival

WE ALL FIT TOGETHER AT NEWCASTLE ELEMENTARY!

The upcoming Culture & Heritage Festival date is being postponed - this will NOT take place on February 9th. 

We have changed the date to March 16th from 6:00pm - 8:00pm and will be sending information to follow.  Due to low response and limited sign-ups, we would like to give families extra time to collaborate on family and culture booths as well as consider cultural performance ideas. 

Please remember that culture booths do not have to be country specific, but more towards your personal family culture.  We encourage all families to join and showcase your heritage with Newcastle Elementary by sharing special features of how you celebrate your culture.  

As we plan for the future date, we still encourage more families to participate in this fun family night!

  • Share samples of a family favorite recipe or a traditional food.
  • Consider being part of the evening entertainment!
