The success of our auction and fundraising depends upon the donations we secure. Getting great items doesn’t have to be intimidating. As you’re out and about this Summer, consider
Do you or a friend or neighbor have a business you’d like to promote to Newcastle families? MAKE OR ASK FOR A DONATION!
Do you have or know someone who has a vacation property? ASK FOR A DONATION!
Do you have or know someone who has event tickets? ASK FOR A DONATION!
Are you visiting a vacation spot or taking a fun outing other families would enjoy? ASK FOR A DONATION!
Are your kids going to camp or attending birthday parties? ASK FOR A DONATION!
Enjoying a restaurant, spa, store or other hot spot in the area? ASK FOR A DONATION!
We can’t do it without your help. Our procurement form will be finalized and available soon, but there’s no need to wait - ask for those donations and let us know!
We could use more volunteers to help on our procurement team. Does the thought of asking for donations scare you? You’re not alone, but it doesn’t have to be scary.
In fact, our goal is to make it FUN and EASY.
How can procurement be fun? Grab a friend (or two), get some coffee and hit up businesses at Bellevue Square. You can even enjoy shopping and a drink when you’re done!
How can procurement be easy? So many businesses handle procurement requests online. This means you can make 20 requests while watching TV in your PJs!
