Food Drive Ends Friday, November 2nd

Last day to donate to the Food Drive & vote for Pajama Day or Crazy Hair Day is this Friday!!  Help make a difference in our community by donating non-perishable food items and essential supplies in the marked collection bins within Newcastle Elementary School. 
 
Your donations can be deposited into one of the bins labeled "Pajama Day" or "Crazy Hair Day" - the bin that has collected the most food will determine which kind of fun day the whole school will have.

Gift-A-Book

What is Gift-A-Book? It is a great way to recognize your child or a loved one and to help keep our school’s library supplied with new and exciting hardcover books!

By donating to Gift-A-Book, your child or loved one will:

  • Be recognized in a special display in the library area.
  • Have a personalized bookplate in the selected book.
  • Be the first student to check the book out of the library.

How do you participate? Until Tuesday, November 13th, tax-deductible donations can be made in two ways:

  • Select a book title during your child’s library time.
  • Donate a dollar amount for the librarian to choose for you.

If you donated to the Gift-A-Book program when completing the PTSA online registration, we have your information and will contact your child to select a book.
