Auction Art Details!

Here are a few details on the 2nd of 6 Auction Art Project {see the 1st Auction Art Project details here} that will be available for you to bid on for your child starting Monday, December 3rd.

Poppies, Polymers and Painting, Oh My!  How excited would your 2nd or 3rd grader be to create and bring home a 3-D masterpiece like this?

And how excited would he or she be to experiment with painting and polymer clay at the same time?

Coming to the Online Auction Monday, December 3rd!  Mark your calendars for Monday, December 3rd - Sunday, December 9th. Our online auction goes live at midnight on December 3rd, just in time for you to grab some awesome items for the holidays.  Gifts to pamper yourself or someone else, awesome birthday party events, trips and much, much more will all be up for bid.

Mid-winter break is just around the corner and Sambica has a week of camp ready for you.

Y-O-U! Spelling Bee Chair Needed

What's the buzz about? We are getting ready to organize the Newcastle Elementary Spelling Bee in order to send our students to the local and hopefully National Scripp's Spelling Bee Competition.

In order for this to happen we need a couple of volunteers to help chair and work with the PTSA to coordinate our school's event.  If helping kids with literacy in a fun competitive manner is up your alley, then let us know!

Planning starts now with our school's competition to be held in January. It's a nice way to join in and volunteer with a time limited commitment.
