What a night! The Road to the Emerald City was a long one, but the journey was worth it! Thank you so much to everyone who attended. We hope you had a wonderful time and felt the incredibly generous spirit of this amazing Newcastle community.

We will have final numbers after Spring Break, but suffice it to say, you all delivered for our kids and our school - our preliminary look shows us bringing in approximately $190,000 Saturday night alone!

Congratulations to each and every one of you. To close out the Auction, we need YOU to close out your account. Please go to the link in the email you received or go to the Auction website {here} and pay for your items. Any accounts not settled by end of day Tuesday will be closed by us with the credit card on file.

RAISE THE PLAYGROUND
Did you miss the event? Or maybe you just want another look at our adorable and talented kids?  During our Raise the Paddle portion of the night, we made a HUGE difference for our school by raising funds to help expand our playground space - new, more challenging equipment, outdoor classroom space, a congregation area on the field, and, because of your generosity, playground expansion to make even better use of our space. We are ready to get started, but you can still help.
 
Watch what our kids have to say {click here for the Raise the Paddle Auction Video} and visit our Auction site {here} to donate today.  And be sure to submit those corporate match forms!  Any additional funds raised over what is needed for the playground renovation will be directed towards PTSA enrichment programs over the next 2 years.

STILL LOOKING FOR A DEAL?
We have some great items left from our Silent Auction.  Go online {here} today through Friday, April 5th and score some deals while helping to complete our journey.
 
 
REMAINING POPCORN DATES
We need your help to fill a few  more volunteer spots for Popcorn Fridays.  On Fridays, students can buy popcorn for 25 cents during afternoon recess.  The last Friday of every month is usually Free Popcorn Friday.
