We did it Newcastle - Thank you!

Not only did we come together as a community and meet our aggressive stretch goal of raising $275,000 - we beat it! Over the course of this year, you all delivered for the students, the staff, and the entire Newcastle community, raising over $300,000*!

And what's more, Auction-night attendees and those who have donated since made a huge difference, raising over $60,000 that will be used to expand our playground, making better use of our space with new equipment, a congregation area, and outdoor classroom space!  Because we raised enough for more extensive playground renovation, work will begin this summer and will be ready for the 2019/2020 school year!

Our community thanks each and every one of you who donated, volunteered, sponsored and made this happen! Be sure to get those corporate matches in!

Watch what our kids have to say {click here for the Raise the Paddle Auction Video} and visit our Auction site {here} to donate today.

You can also watch some adorable Kindergartners as they urge you to "Follow the Yellow Brick Road" {click here for the Follow the Yellow Brick Road Auction Video}

*Numbers listed above are gross of expenses.

Please join one of our Newcastle tables at this year's Issaquah Schools Foundation Nourish Every Mind luncheon, taking place on Friday, May 3rd at Meydenbauer Center in Bellevue. You'll hear from Cougar Ridge Principal Drew Terry and two of his students who have greatly benefited from the After School Academic Program. With donor support, we have been able to expand this targeted assistance program to all 15 elementary schools, ensuring that students are able to receive the support they need.  You also won't want to miss the Liberty Jazz Choir. We are excited to have them join us and share their talent and passion for the fine arts, funded by Foundation donors for the past seven years.

We have multiple tables reserved for Newcastle parents, so please {register here} and choose Trisha Marshall as your table captain. If you can't make it to the event, you can still donate online at isfdn.org.

You really delivered with this year's Newcastle Auction, but if you didn't win what you wanted or you're still feeling generous, take a look at all there is to offer in the Nourish Every Mind Auction, running until 8pm on Monday, April 29th. You could win your child (and a friend) a pizza lunch and games with Dr. Wood. {Click here to View the Auction}
