Capture the First Day of Remote School

The first day of school is ALWAYS worth celebrating, even if you're not leaving home. Make the first day of remote school and the start of this extraordinary year memorable. Capture those first day photos with a special sign. Chalk the sidewalk with a "Welcome to School" message. Take a "class" photo with your whole family, pets included. Send student photos to Jessica Anderson, our yearbook chair, at jessiej0608@gmail.com. Please send just 1-2 photos to Jessica and include only Newcastle students in the photos sent. Each photo should be 750KB or larger.

Get Help Navigating Remote Learning Platforms

The Issaquah PTSA Council, in partnership with Issaquah Schools Foundation, has formed a Clever Support Committee to help answer your questions about using the Clever technology platform. They've built resources for our ISD families to learn, navigate, and troubleshoot all things Clever-Seesaw. Visit the Facebook discussion group here and find support for all Clever/Seesaw related questions and immediate resources for key learning units: Getting started with Seesaw, Family App vs. Class App, Getting familiar with Seesaw tools, Tips and Tricks, and How can I help my child? The discussion wall allows families to post questions and exchange ideas. You can also find information at the ISD support page here
