Online Holiday Auction is LIVE! The Newcastle Elementary Online Auction began Sunday, November 27th and runs through Sunday, December 4th.
Every dollar will support and enrich the educational needs of Newcastle Elementary students through supplemental programs such as Art Docents, Science-to-Go, Reading and Math Support, Assemblies, and additional Bilingual Language support.

The Newcastle Elementary PTSA is a non-profit organization which supports the children and families of Newcastle Elementary School within the Issaquah School District. In partnership with families, the community, teachers and staff, we provide the funding, programs, and volunteers to enrich the educational experience for every child.
Winners will be drawn on December 1st! Think you’ve joined but not sure? Log into newcastleptsa.org and go to “My Account.” Look under “Orders” and see if “Membership” is listed under “Items.”

   Angel Program Spirit Wear Drive
Many of us have outgrown school spirit wear lingering in our kids' closets! The month of November we will have a box outside the front of the school accepting donations of gently used school spirit wear! These Newcastle Elementary spirit items will be available for our counselor to provide to students who may need a change of clothes at school or a little school spirit in their closet!  BOOK FAIR Volunteers Needed The Scholastic Book Fair will be held in our library from November 28 - December 2nd (during conference week). All proceeds will buy books for homeroom classroom libraries! Students can shop on their own during their assigned lunch recess or with an adult the morning of conferences. The schedule is as follows: Monday, November 28th during lunch recess: Grades 1st, 2nd, and 5th Tuesday, November 29th during lunch recess: Grades K, 3rd, and 4th Wednesday, November 30th and Thursday December 1st (Families): 9:30am – 12:30pm *An adult must accompany children. Please do not drop your child off during your conference. Friday, December 2nd during lunch recess: Grades K-5 *This year, parents can choose to create an eWallet for their children to spend at the fair which means they won’t have to carry cash to school. More details about this will come home in an email from Mrs. Snyder. We have a few slots left to fill for volunteers! If you are able to help, please sign up HERE. See you at the fair!
