Welcome back, Lions!
We hope everyone enjoyed their holiday break. We are excited to welcome everyone back and we wish you health and happiness in the year ahead!
Yearbook Cover Contest -- Deadline is THIS FRIDAY, January 4th!
Your drawing could end up on the cover of our 2021-2022 yearbook! Using the form HERE, get creative and have FUN! Students may turn in their drawings to their teacher or the front office no later than this Friday!

~Our cookie exchange was a huge success with so many varieties to choose from. We were able to spoil our staff with the help of our families! Special thank you to Allison Sweeney & Lara Velasco Flores for their organization and implementation of the event!
 ~Our Winter Toy & Clothing Drive benefiting Eastside Baby Corner completed with a lot of items to donate! Thank you to our chair, Luisa Gass, for her hard work! Debbie Park and Jenn McAleer, we appreciate your time and support also!
 ~Our first holiday Angel Program was beyond generous! Our Angel Donors came through in a big way -- over 120 gifts to nine of our fourteen Angel Program students! We truly appreciate the kindness of our community and cannot thank Marcia O'Donoghue enough for her thoughtfulness of this program. Kailey Mutter has been instrumental in the identification of need and importance of confidentiality throughout this process. Thank you also to Laurel Webb for her work on this program!

 Spirit Wear Fridays!
Remember, every Friday we show our spirit! Wear your favorite Newcastle spirit wear or our school colors, yellow/green! You can also choose to represent your favorite team: football, hockey, soccer, etc!
 HELP WANTED! Due to the great success of our school auction last year, our school earned this amazing GaGa Ball Pit! It’s a great addition to our playground and the kids are excited to get some use out of it! However, we need HELP to get it set up and taken down each week. We are looking for 2-3 super heroes to come each Monday before 10:00a to set up and Fridays after 3:15p to take down. Mr. Cornwall will be doing a brief demonstration on Friday, 1/7, at 3:15p. If you are able to help and be a hero to the kids, please email newcastleptsa.president@gmail.com.
