Car decals for all who join! 🐾 Do you have to volunteer your time to be a member? NO! Becoming a member is as easy as paying the $15-25 membership fee and that’s it. Should you wish to volunteer, we would love to have your support there as well. Join HERE today! The Newcastle Elementary PTSA is a non-profit organization which supports the children and families of Newcastle Elementary School within the Issaquah School District. In partnership with families, the community, teachers, and staff, we provide the funding, programs, and volunteers to enrich the educational experience for every child.
